The price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand. Vydehi School of Excellence as always believes in extending to the students an opportunity to showcase their talents. Club Culmination-3, for Grade 4 students, organized on January __, 2022 served the purpose. It was a magical show of imagination, creativity, talent, physical fitness, speaking skills and an alert state of mind.
To judge the students on their quality of constructive speech, factual information and comprehension, the Online Debates Club organized for a “SPEAKER’S FORUM”. The competition gave opportunities for the students to fly free with their words and speak without any shackles.
The Math Club Culmination was based on the theme “FUN WITH PICTOGRAPH”. The competition was based on child’s creation of a pictograph using the data and interpret them.
As a part of Computer Coding Club competition kids made a MS Power Point Presentation on the Topic –”GLOBAL WARMING”-an increase in the average temperature worldwide believed to be caused by the greenhouse effect.
he theme of the General Awareness Club Culmination was “QUIZOPHILE” through questionnaire. The objective of the competition was to understand the knowledge of the students about topics like money and Banking, Science and Technology.
Art and crafts help young children explore and express their emotions, share how they relate to their family and friends, talk about their difficulties, their future dreams and aspirations. To bring out the creativity on the online platform our artists participated in the Art and Craft Club Culmination activity on the theme- “PAPER CRAFT MERMAID”. It was an amazing view to see the young fingers play with colourful papers and craft materials.
Playing classical music to children boosts their concentration and self-discipline, according to the study. It improves their general listening and social skills. Children exposed to the works of Beethoven and Mozart, for example, are more likely to appreciate a wider range of music in later years. The music club organized for a competition where the kids needed to present any INDIAN CLASSICAL SONG of their choice.
The theme for the Dance club was “PUSHPANJALI”where students performed an invocatory dance with a display of rhythm, expressions and costumes. Praiseworthy is the word that can be thought of, while observing the performance.
The theme for Basketball club culmination was “BASKETBALL SKILL CHALLENGE” where students presented the physical skills with perfection.
The skills for the Athletics Club Culmination was “ATHLETIC SKILL CHALLENGE” based on agility, training and sit ups.
Karate strengthens the mind, develops composure, a clearer thought process, deeper insight into one’s mental capabilities, and more self-confidence.. The Karate Club Competition was based on the theme “SKILL CHALLENGE” on the topic Elbow Striking Technique.
Yoga can reduce challenging behaviors in the classroom by providing a physical outlet for children to express themselves. Believing in this, the Yoga Club organised for a ASANA YOGA competition where kids posed out for different asanas.
The students showed a lot of enthusiasm towards the competition. We were amazed to see the immaculate performance of our little vydehians.
