“Good hygiene enhances sound well-being”

Good hygiene is all about keeping yourself and your environment clean. Hygiene is essential for preventing diseases and maintaining good health. With this thought in mind, Vydehi School of Excellence, Middle School wing, has conducted a workshop on ‘Menstrual Education and Awareness’ for girl students of Classes VI to VIII, on 20th August, 2022. The resource persons were Mrs. Mehak Kaushik, Manager, Global Hunt Foundation and Ms. Roshnee Bhowmick, CSR Executive. The workshop spread awareness around Menstrual Hygiene Management, broke student’s silence on the issue, and provided them information regarding the topic. It was an interactive session with students’ coming up with their personal queries and doubts. The workshop was a success, as students got to learn many new things from the workshop.
