All life demands struggle. Those who have everything given to them become lazy, selfish, and insensitive to the real values of life. The very striving and hard work that we so constantly try to avoid is the major building block in the person we are today. Perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection, we can catch excellence. Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work. Winning is not a sometime thing; it’s an all the time thing. You don’t win once in a while… you don’t do things right once in a while… you do them right all the time. Winning is habit.

And to give this taste of winning to all the students of different schools, DELHI PUBLIC SCHOOL, Whitefield proudly presented its annual art festival, DHANAK. They gave students of all ages a chance to express themselves through the medium of art &creativity. This year’s theme was Sustainable Design, i.e., design that considers not only the consumer, but also our environment. It focused on using creativity and innovation in a way that reduces the negative impact of our actions on our planet. To contribute towards this rising movement, all events had been planned for upcycling and integrating reusable waste materials.
