Today’s education is the cornerstone of the development of any country. The work of educating children starts from school. Annual day is an integral part of our school activities, a culmination of its academic year. It is a plethora of performances, celebration and honours to highlight the achievements & the hard work of the teachers & students.
The annual day of 2022-23 of Vydehi School of Excellence was celebrated on Saturday, 04/03/2023. It was the celebration of the Middle and High School wings, with the theme “RESILIENCE” in Sai Keshava Auditorium, Vydehi Campus. The dignitaries of the program, our respected CEO sir, Mr. Harjeet Kakkar, our dearest Principal ma’am Ms. Sinia Sajith and all the headmistresses inaugurated the program by lighting the lamp. The program started with electrifying and melodious choir followedby dainty & graceful classical dance, Natyanubhava, that welcomed the audience.
The Principal, Ms.Sinia Sajith presented the Annual Report highlighting the prominent features of the school, the achievements in academics and co-curricular activities for the year 2021 – 22. The annual report was followed by the felicitation of the Alumni. The evening turned colourful with cultural program that included an English skit “Ankuran”, a frenetic contemporary dance – Embracing the Uniqueness, Shiva Tandav with the amalgamation of classical dance forms of Kathakali, Kathak & Bharatanatyam as Shivoham, a dance drama Prayas, a beautiful skit with the theme Life is beautiful.
The rich display of innovation, creativity, colour, vibrant costumes, dance, music and light left the audience spellbound and won much deserved ovation and appreciation of one and all. The program ended with vote of thanks appreciating the tireless efforts of all the teachers, students, the management, technical team and the entire Vydehian staff.
Students performed with great zeal and enthusiasm. The parents left the hall with an energized feeling and overwhelming happiness with smiles on their faces after the exhilarating evening.
The event came to a close with the National Anthem as a tribute to our nation.
