Vydehi School of Excellence conducts regular professional development workshops focusing on stress management techniques tailored to the unique challenges faced by teachers. These workshops cover topics such as mindfulness, time management, effective communication, and self-care strategies.one such conducted on May 16th 2024, A work shop on stress management by a prominent resource person Ms. M.Yashaswini , Professionally an Electronic and Communications Engineer, worked with Yahoo, who is a volunteer and full-time faculty with The Art of Living. The entire workshop was related to

Wellness Initiatives: Teacher wellness by offering wellness initiatives such as Sukshma yoga sessions, meditation classes, and stress-relief activities. These initiatives provide teachers with opportunities to recharge, relax, and rejuvenate, ultimately enhancing their resilience and ability to cope with stress.
