SERENDIPITY IN SCIENCE: Accidental Inventions That Changed the World

On August 22, 2024, Grade 3K and 3L students presented a special assembly on the theme “Serendipity in Science” to explore accidental inventions that have impacted the world.
The assembly began with a prayer, thought of the day, and news updates, setting the stage for a series of creative performances.

The assembly included a poem recitation titled “Serendipity,” a skit showcasing accidental discoveries like Penicillin and Post-it Notes, and a Talk Show discussing inventions like microwaves, chocolate chip cookies, and potato chips. A dance performance symbolizing the joy of serendipity was also featured.

An interactive quiz session engaged parents and students, testing their knowledge of accidental inventions. The event concluded with a vote of thanks and the national anthem, promoting unity and pride
