“Biodiversity is the tapestry of life, where every thread, no matter how small, plays a crucial role in maintaining the balance and beauty of our planet.”

To foster the significance of the Queen of Fabrics and the incredible creatures behind it, the students of Grade 5I and 5K gathered for a special assembly centered around the theme – “The Silkworm Saga: From Cocoon to Silk” on Tuesday, 6th August 2024. The assembly aimed to enlighten about the intricate journey we all embark on in life, much like a silken thread weaving through various experiences and challenges.

The assembly commenced with a warm welcome speech, introducing the theme followed with a heartfelt prayer that set a serene and focused tone for the proceedings. The assembly took a fascinating trip down the memory lane, exploring the rich history of silk and the trade of goods through the silk route. The highlight of the assembly was a mesmerizing dance drama and skit illustrating the journey of a silkworm transforming into silk, symbolizing metamorphosis and personal transformation.
