“Our young orators from Grade 7 took center stageon Wednesday, 05th February 2025, in the CCA Activity for the month of February, as they delivered compelling research-based speeches on the Legends of Indian Sports. This engaging activity encouraged students to explore the lives of iconic figures who have contributed to traditional Indian sports like Kabaddi, Mallakhamb, Kho-Kho, and Lagori.
From inspiring stories of resilience to groundbreaking achievements, students passionately narrated the journeys of these sports legends, highlighting their impact on India’s sporting culture. The session not only deepened their appreciation for indigenous games but also honed their public speaking and research skills.
A wonderful blend of history, sportsmanship, and eloquence – the event was a true celebration of India’s rich sporting heritage!
