We have come a long way.

From working out with chairs, stairs, home gyms, treadmills, yoga mats to finally getting back in the game.

Throughout this whole time, whenever everyone thought that sports had taken a back seat, we silently prayed, hoping for everything to get back to how it was – races, championships, tournaments, medals, podiums and all the sweat and glory that came with it. The adrenaline rush, the excitement, the cheering of the crowd and winning, all these reminded us of being alive.

Yes, the present situation is tough, but our preparations didn’t stop and they never will.

Because all we have is hope.
