Merry Christmas

VSE Grade 10 students celebrated Christmas on their Special Assembly with a festive spirit on 23rd December at the school auditorium. The theme of the Special Assembly was “We are all snowflakes”. The programme began with a Prayer. A Christmas tree was decorated. The students presented a colourful skit related to the birth of Jesus Christ wherein they dressed as Santa Claus, Joseph and Mother Mary. The programme was followed by a dance to the tunes of Christmas-related songs and Christmas carols by the students which ended well. The children sang in very festive mood “We are all Snowflakes” and danced to the numbers like “We wish you a Merry Christmas” etc. The whole school echoed with the holy hymns recited by the students.

Santa too made a grand entry in the school auditorium packed with the children. The delight was uncontained especially as he brought out the gifts!

Ms Sinia Sajith, the school principal, appreciated the wonderful performance put up by the students and also wished merry Christmas to students and teachers.
