Singing their way to success Vydehians put up an exemplary performance at the COMPFEST 2k19, Composite PU college, Seshadri Puram. Vaishnavi Iyer of Grade X bagged the 2nd place with a cash prize of 1500₹. Not far behind, on the 3rd place was Kimaya of Grade VIII who also won a cash prize of 500₹. What happens when you mix filmi, sufi and classical music? It’s got to be a mashup! This was musically proven by the team, comprising of Ronit, Shivam, Avilash, Sritha of Grade VIII and Likitha and Deepvanshika of Grade XII, by winning the 3rd place and a cash prize of 1500₹.
