Vydehi School of Excellence envisions a ecosystem that encourages students to master skills and develop behaviors, essential for today’s competitive world. In line with our quest to facilitate exposure to cutting edge technology, we hosted the second edition of “Cryptics” Information Technology Quiz – one of Karnataka’s biggest Inter State Competition. Conceptualized by our CEO, Mr. Harjeet Kakkar, Cryptics has turned into a technological flagship event for Vydehi School of Excellence. The Computer quiz held for Grade 5-8 aspires to be a Nationally recognized top-ranking quiz competition in the field of Computer Science.

An independently conducted competition, Cryptics 2019 intends to ignite the ardor for science in students and provide a platform to exhibit skills and competitive spirit based on their understanding of modern technologies. The best minds from three states of Southern India – Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and Telengana competed for the coveted trophy. More than 300 participating schools from Mangaluru, Mysuru, Dharwad, Vijayawada, Hyderabad and Bengaluru participated in the quarter’s biggest Inter- State Quiz Competition.

16 teams from various schools spanning three states battled it out to reach the finale. 8 teams qualified for the finale with one school emerging as ultimate winner. The grand finale hosted at Vydehi School of Excellence, Bengaluru on 22nd November 2019. The nail-biting finale had all our hearts in our mouths as the enthusiastic teams fought it out till the final minute.

The tie breaking round decided the winners of CRYPTICS 2019 with the overall trophy going to SAINT THERESA SCHOOL, MANGALURU

followed by the DEENS ACADEMY, BENGALURU, TEJA VIDHYALAYA, VIJAYAWADA and SAMASTHI INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, HYDERABAD.
