Reading is the gateway for children that make all other learning possible. It provides students with opportunities to respond to literature and helps students to develop their emotional intelligence and creativity.

Vydehi School of Excellence conducted online CO-Curricular Activity Competition: Pick and Speak “My Favourite Book” on 29^thJune 2021.The theme of the competition was speaking about their favourite book. Our little ones of Grade 1 expressed their curiosity and eagerness to describe about their story books, which give them ideas about fantastical world, other planets and speak about different invented characters. The children of Grade 1 participated with great enthusiasm and showcased their talents.
