The students of Vydehi School of Excellence were taken to a one day field trip to KMS Farm, Kanakpura. KMS Farm is surrounded by natural sceneries, dairy farms, poultry and spots made for adventurous activities. The students of Grades 7 and 8 were taken on 23rd January whereas Grade 6 was taken on 24th January 2019. The students experienced serene beauty of the farm and enjoyed the nerve wracking activities. The motive of this field trip was to reinforce their experimental learning and to make real world connections. It also intended to enhance the social bond between the students and teachers. Students explored various activities like zip line, wall climbing, shooting, archery, football. All these activities were to build up high spirits and sow courage in them for risk taking. As a final fun activity, the students rejoiced themselves with the rain dancing event. All these mind and body activities gave them thrilling adventures and memorable celebrations and the students enjoyed a gala fun ride back to the school.
