Students of Grade 2I and 2G visited M G Active Farm to deepen their learning about their exhibition topic –“TREE OF LIFE –ALL ABOUT COCONUT” where they learned about Coconut and the different varieties of vegetables and fruits.

Active Farm, a land that is situated on the fringes of the KR Puram Post Lake View Garden Road on the east of Bangalore, an hour drive from Vydehi campus.

Coconut, Cauliflower, Ladyfinger, Turnip and over 30 different varieties of vegetables and fruits are being grown here. MG Active Farm is being converted to an integrated self-sustaining approach, with a mix of traditional farming knowledge and contemporary techniques and technology.

The student folks enjoyed their time riding swings and dance amidst such beautiful nature. It was a rejuvenating one-day fun filled educational trip for kids within the Bangalore city.
