Mary Lou Cook stated that “Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes, and having fun.”  

Art and crafts help young children to explore and express their emotions. Clay modelling is a great activity which helps children’s development in many ways. It improves hand-eye coordination and develops fine motor skills. Vydehi School of Excellence conducted a clay modelling competition for grade 1 on 5th October 2021 wherein students participated enthusiastically. The main objective of the competition was to stimulate the imagination of the children and enable them to give a better shape to their creativity.
Students presented clay models on the topic fruits or vegetables.

All the students of Grade1 passionately participated in the competition and made it more interesting.
