A Mask Making Competition “MASK- A- THON” was organized on 30th November 2021 by Vydehi School of Excellence for the students of Grade 2. Mask making is one of the most enjoyable crafts that children can be engaged in. This activity was organized to explore and encourage creativity in children and it offered them a platform to show their skills in mask making. It inspired children to think and work creatively and promoted artistic excellence.Children participated earnestly in the competition.
A variety of paper and plastic plate masks, headbands, eye masks etc. were made by the children and appreciated by one and all.The happiness of ‘learning by doing’ was pretty evident on the faces of the students. It was an enriching experience both for the learners as well as for the educators. Each of the masks prepared by them was a great treat to the eyes. This activity witnessed an enthusiastic participation of all the students.
