We VYDEHI SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE organized various competitions under Club Culmination for Grade 2 on 28th of October 2021.
Clubs are the best way to learn and grow- all while having fun. Children participated in different clubs of their interest and choice Each club has its own importance and significance which help children, learn different abilities.
The COMPUTER CODING CLUB Competition was conducted where the children Create a ‘Diwali’ Invitation card. Grade 2 children has proved Microsoft Word can do a lot more beyond the blandness of making reports and resumes. It has a capable set of graphic tools to make graphic enriched documents like greeting cards.
The GENERAL AWARENESS club competition was conducted to understand about the different types of birds. Students enthusiastically participated for the event and spoke with poise, confidence and praiseworthy articulation.
SPEECH WEAVERS CLUB Competition was conducted on the topic “GREEN DIWALI.” The topic made the children understand the importance of Green Diwali-the best way of celebrating Diwali with minimum damage to the environment.
To make the students have fun with the topic measurements, MATHEMATICS club culmination was conducted where Students actively participated and with much zeal made a beautiful house using given measurements.
KARATE CLUB Competition was conducted on the theme “DEFLECT AN INCOMING HIGH ATTACK”. The purpose was to teach students to even fight without any weapons and safe guard themselves during any attack or threat initiated on them and apply it in kumite combat competitions. The students surely enjoyed the activity conducted.
YOGA CLUB Culmination was conducted where the children “PERFORMED 2 STANDING AND 2 SITTING POSES OF YOGA” students presented the yoga posture with good efforts and practiced in order to perform it comfortably and confidently.
INDIAN DANCE CLUB showcases the acquired skills during the club sessions on the songs taught during the club class. Children put in lots of efforts and performed really well.
Colourful outfits, excited faces, energetic movements – WESTERN DANCE witnessed all of these. Theme was Bollywood Freestyle dance and the participants left no stone unturned to showcase their potential. Their happy faces expressed their love for dance.
ART & CRAFT Club conducted “GLASS PAINTING” students presented the art that appreciate artifacts and images across cultures and times.
MUSIC CLUB Culmination was conducted with the theme- “SONG OF NOTES” where students presented the song with feel and with their melodious voice. They sang the song with lots of passion and confidence.
