Rangoli making is about showing artistic creativity by using beautiful colors. This is a traditional art form that is created on the floor. At any festival or occasion, Rangoli always becomes the major highlight. Keeping up with this thought, the talent and creativity of the students were well brought out in an online event named “Rangili Rangoli” competition organized by The Vydehi School of Excellence on November 30, 2021, for Grade 4 children. The children had pre-planned their patterns and had come prepared with all the materials. Some of them used colors, and others used diyas and flowers for decoration. The students came up with various designs and colorful patterns. The criteria for judgment were the selection of the design based on creativity and presentation. This rangoli-making competition inspired the students to excel and shine in their creative abilities.
