“One Earth, One Family, One Future.” The greatest challenges the world faces today, can only be solved, by acting together. India’s G20 Presidency to work towards for benefitting humanity as a whole.
Keeping this thought in mind, Vydehi School of Excellence had organized a Poster Making Competition as CCA for the students of Class 6 on 7th June, 2023 on the theme G20 Summit. The objective of the competition was to ignite the passion of unity in diversity among the students.This CCA provided an opportunity for students to showcase their creativity and learn about global affairs.Additionally, the students explored the concept of “VASUDEVA KUTUMBAKAM” an ancient Indian philosophy emphasizing the unity of humanity as one global family. Through their posters, the grade 6 students depicted the values of inclusivity, diversity, and cooperation, promoting these ideals in the context of the G20 summit. This activity not only fostered artistic skills but also cultivated a deeper understanding of global issues and the importance of working together for a better future. Students participated with immense zeal and enthusiasm. It was a great opportunity to watch these young little fingers on papers and colours. The students thoroughly enjoyed the activity.
