Learning to write programs stretches your mind, and helps you think better, creates a way of thinking about things that I think is helpful in all domains.”—Bill Gates
Learning to code is useful no matter what your career ambitions are. Whether we’re fighting climate change or going to space, everything is moved forward by computers, and we don’t have enough people who can code. Teaching young people to code early on can help build skills and confidence and energize the classroom with learning-by-doing opportunities. Keeping this in mind the Computer Coding Club of VYDEHI SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE conducted a HTML and CSS coding Competition for GRADE 6 on 27th and 28th of JANUARY 2021. In this competition students had to make use of all html tags like list, tables, images and CSS elements in order to create a web page. All students participated eagerly and came up with so many innovative ideas.
