The need of the hour is to understand that early planning is the cornerstone of a successful career and therefore, a child should adorn his/her thinking cap much before this, preferably in the formative years itself. By planning for their career early youngsters can explore their interests, hobbies to the fullest and research for possible jobs or businesses in the specific field. Having a knack for digital programming or uncanny interest in different cultures or a passion to create literary pieces or trying hands on mechanical equipment; all these will work as an indicator towards the profession one will enjoy and grow.
Late Steve Jobs, the co-founder of Apple Computer, once said, “The only way to do great work is to love your work.”
VYDEHI SCHOOL OF EXCELLENCE always believes in creating future leaders for the nation. We always encourage our students to explore their mind and imagination. We gave our students a safe environment through this month’s CCA conducted on Monday, 09-01-2023, to explore and share about their future plans. The Activity was “Career Calling Activity”. Students should think of their future career opportunities based on the coursework they are going to choose & explain to their classmates with the help of pamphlets, placards, etc., in an innovative manner, on how to develop various skills in achieving their dream career.
As expected, all the students participated very enthusiastically and showcased their dreams in a very elaborated way. We were amazed to see their confidence and happy to be able to somehow help them to achieve it.
