Nations 69th Independence Day was celebrated by Vydehians on 15th August, with great zeal as always. The Pledge to hold the nation in the highest esteem was taken by each and every Vydehian. Celebrations included pet show wherein parents participated with their pets, fashion shows portraying great leaders, skit, dance and music, thus spreading the patriotic essence everywhere.

Investiture Ceremony was also organized, where prefectorial members were officially vested with their power and position.
