Junior Badminton Championship Tournament hosted by SV Badminton Academy recently concluded, on Sunday, 07th July 2024 and our students of Vydehi School of Excellence, put in an impressive performance!
In the Under 17 category, Nikhil from 10E bagged the 1st prize in the boys’ singles event, while Shiva Shankar from 9G secured the 3rd prize. In the girls’ singles event, Jaanhavi from 8F emerged as the champion, with Pooja from 11D coming in second.
In the Under 15 category, Shiva Shankar from 9G won the 2nd prize in the boys’ singles event, while Alan John from 8J secured the 3rd prize. Jhanvi Vinod bagged the 2nd prize in the girls’ singles event.
In the Under 13 category, Atulith from 7F won the 3rd prize in the boys’ singles event.
In the Under 11 category, Himank from 4C secured the 2nd prize in the boys’ singles event, while Sovit from 5A bagged the 3rd prize. Sai Anisha from 4D emerged as the champion in the girls’ singles event, with Avika from 5E coming in second. Ishika from 5K with Reeya secured 3rd place in the same event.
Lastly, in the Under 9 category, Divit from 3I won the 2nd prize in the boys’ singles event, while Sai Anisha from 4D bagged her second title in the girls’ singles event. Kamini secured 3rd position in the same event.
