“Leadership is a combination of strategy and character. If you must be one, be without the strategy.” Before you are a leader, success is all about growing yourself. When you become a leader, success is all about growing others. Amazingly said by Jack Welch, a leader’s most important role is to set the culture in the organization. Believing in this, Vydehi School of Excellence had organized the Investiture Ceremony 2023-24 by the Middle school in the Sai Keshava Auditorium on 17th June,2023. The leaders from the students were selected by the students, to form the Student’s Council. It was an astounding show where the Head boy, the Head girl, the Discipline in charges, the House Heads and the other leaders of the student’s council were felicitated with badges and sashes by our respected principal ma’am, Ms. Sinia Sajith and the guest of honour, Lieutenant General C.A. Krishnan. Also, the Vydehians presented a show of song and bewildering dance performance.

The event was phenomenal and flabbergasting. The atmosphere at the auditorium was wonderous and the presence of the parents graced it. The students stood proudly with the sashes and badges and the flags of Vydehi soaring high. What a spectacular show to watch. Vydehi always rocks…
