“If Karate is used to Defend Honor, Defend Life, Karate Mean Something. If Karate is used to Defend Plastic Metal Trophy, Karate means Nothing.” As we have heard this famous dialogue in the movie Karate kid. It truely justified the thought that karate is not only martial art, it’s a way of life. The martial artists of Vydehi School participated in New Horizon cup 2023- a state level inter school sports tournament and as they never fail to make us proud, they brought back gold and silver medals with them.

It was very tough competition but our champions did it.

Vydehi is proud to announce the name of the winners:
Subha Bahuguna of grade 6F, Hariharasudan of 7A, Sreeram of grade 7D, Shasmeen Firdous of 9B and Kushagra Garg of 4E settled with the Gold medals and Saanvi Agrawal of 7I, Eliena Elsa Roxin of 7C, Aadhira Negi of 4J and Sahil Santosh of 5A affixed the second position with silver medals.
Kudos to the Martial Artists of Vydehi. You rock!
