Principal Welcome Letter and Instructions for New Joiners (2014-15)

Dear Parents,



Warm greetings from Vkids / Vydehi School of Excellence. We thank you for choosing our school for your ward, where we strive to provide a rich educational foundation to our students. As I write, the summer vacation will commence. I am sure it is going to be a relaxing summer, filled with lots of fun.

All of us at Vydehi are excited for the next session. Our faculties are working hard on the development of the curriculum. We remain committed to setting high standards. This is a challenging task demanding commitment, patience and effort from our entire community.

As parents your involvement with your child’s experience is very important and your participation and co-operation will be highly appreciated. Together, we can forge the most powerful partnership that will help us unlock the dream of our children’s future.



I encourage you to drop into my office whenever there is a need. I am always available for you and will listen to your ideas and suggestions.

Some Important Dates Before the Commencement of the Session (2014-15)

1. School reopens on
 
    1. For Nursery : 9th June 2014 (Monday)
    2. For LKG: 6th June 2014 (Friday)
    3. For UKG: 5th June 2014 (Thursday)
    4. Grade I – Grade VIII: 4th June 2014 (Wednesday)
2. School Timings for Session (2014-2015):
 
    1. Nursery, LKG & UKG   :          8:10 am – 12:15 pm
    2. Grade I – VIII                :           8:10 am – 2:30 pm
3. Uniform, Books and Stationery to be collected from the school premises as follows:
 
    1. Nursery: 17th and 19th May 2014 (9 am – 4:00 pm)
    2. LKG: 20th and 21st May 2014 (9 am – 4:00 pm)
    3. UKG: 22nd  and 23rd May 2014 (9 am – 4:00 pm)
    4. Grade I: 24th and 26th May (9 am – 4:00 pm)
    5. Grade II to Grade III: 27th and 28th May (9 am – 4:00 pm)
    6. Grade IV to Grade VIII: 29th and 30th May (9 am – 4:00 pm)
4. Please bring the payment receipt copy on the above mentioned dates for collecting the stationery/books.
5. Six Months (June-Nov) transport fees (if applicable) can be paid on the above-mentioned dates of collecting the stationery/ books/ uniform.
6. Please note that uniform will be issued only upon payment of uniform bill.
7. Thank you for filling up the transport declaration form. In case if you have not completed the transport declaration form, you may do so.
8. On the first reopening day of school, parents of all students availing school transport facility are requested to drop their child in the morning and in the evening – parents have to accompany their child in the school vehicle to show the exact stop to the driver for regular pickup and drop.
9. Any transport related issues, kindly contact Mr. John – 9844006006.
10.  If any change in residential address or telephone number, kindly inform the school office at the earliest.
11. Lunch (Grade I to VIII, optional) – Kindly fill up the lunch declaration form available at the school office counter if you want your ward to avail lunch from school. The school administration has to be informed on or before 27th May 2014.
