Principal Welcome Letter and Instructions for School Students 2015-16

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Vydehi School of Excellence. We have come to the close of a high energy and dynamic academic session and look forward to another one in 2015-16.

Our mission at Vydehi School of Excellence is to create a warm and caring educational atmosphere where every child is valued and will experience continuous improvement in learning. We strongly believe that along with academic excellence, each student must possess a healthy body and a stable mind, bound by values that are the foundation of a strong character.

Important dates and events for the new academic session (2015-16)
1. School reopens on
 
    1. For Playgroup & Nursery : 10th June 2015 (Wednesday)
    2. For LKG: 9th June 2015 (Tuesday)
    3. For UKG: 8th June 2015 (Monday)
    4. Grade I – Grade III: 5th June 2015 (Friday)
    5. Grade IV – Grade VIII: 4th June 2015 (Thursday)
    6. Grade IX: 25th May 2015 (Monday)
2. School Timings for Session (2015-2016):
 
    1. Play Group, Nursery, LKG & UKG : 08.10am – 12.15 pm
    2. Grade I to IX :  08.10am – 02.45 pm
3. Please be informed that there is a slight increase in the tuition fees & annual fees for the new academic session (2015-16) as follows.
  1. Annual fees : Rs 19,000
  2. Tuition fees: 10% increase
Tuition Fees for 1st Quarter along with Annual fees to be paid by 2nd May 2015
(9am – 1 pm).
4. Stationary can be collected from the school premises as per schedule below.
Time : 9 am – 3 pm
 
  1. Nursery: 15th May 2015
  2. LKG: 15th May 2015
  3. UKG: 16th May 2015
  4. Grade I: 18th May 2015
  5. Grade II: 19th May 2015
  6. Grade III to Grade IV: 20th May 2015
  7. Grade V to Grade VIII: 21st May 2015
5. Uniform delivery schedule will be intimated shortly.
6. If your ward is using school transport for the first time, parents are requested to drop their child in the morning and in the evening; parents have to accompany their child in the school vehicle to show the exact stop to the driver for regular pickup and drop.
