“Embrace the beauty of change; puberty is not just a transition, but a journey towards self-discovery.”

To embrace this change in the lives of students, a two-days online workshop was organized by Vydehi school of Excellence on Monday & Tuesday, 27th & 28th November, 2023 for both boys and girls of grade 6 to 8. The workshop was designed and facilitated by Ms. Nitya Chaudhary for girls & Ms. Roshnee Bhowmick for boys. The spokespersons were from Global Hunt Foundation that creates sustainable solutions.

Both of them guided the students through the transformative journey of puberty. The facilitators stressed that in every moment of change, there is an opportunity for growth. They clearly explained that change is constant and through knowledge, support, and self-acceptance, students can be equipped to navigate this wonderful journey of puberty with grace and confidence. All the students were empowered with the knowledge of physical and emotional changes during this phase which is crucial for a positive transition into adulthood.
