Safety Month

The inauguration of Safety Month is a significant event that marks a dedicated period focused on raising awareness about safety measures and fostering a culture of well-being in various aspects of life. In particular, students play a crucial role in this initiative, as they are not only the recipients of valuable safety knowledge but also the future torchbearers of responsible practices. The ceremony serves as a pivotal moment for students to witness the commencement of a month-long journey towards cultivating a safer and more secure community.

Our little Vydehians of Middle school were given an opportunity to attend an inauguration of safety month on Saturday, 13th January 2024, in Kanteerava Stadium, Bengaluru. 50 Students from the middle school wing of Vydehi School of Excellence have participated in the program under the guidance & leadership of Police Inspector, Whitefield Traffic Police Station. Our students witnessed the inauguration of the safety month by the honorable Chief Minister of Karnataka Mr. Siddaramaiah & the deputy Chief minister Mr. D. K. Shivakumar. After the inauguration, the deputy chief minister addressed the gathering and explained the safety rules.

By instilling a sense of responsibility and providing practical knowledge, this event has set the tone of community engagement, ultimately contributing to the creation of a safer and more resilient society for the future.
