Vydehi school of Excellence hosted its First Online Annual Day “AAKHYAN” on 26 & 27 February, 2020 with vibrancy. The programme commenced with the lighting of the Ceremonial lamp by the Principal Ms.Sheena Sajeesh followed by the Inauguration ceremony. The show was presented meticulously by the students which was filled with hues and vibrancy in its energetic and foot tapping moves. The vivacious dancers set the floor with their energetic performances. The function further proceeded by presenting School’s Annual Report by the honourable Principal. This included the achievements of the school since its inception and also highlighted the mile stones achieved during the academic session.

Through Aakhyan, our Senior Primary kids took you to a Pauranik Journey –spanning back to our rich, dynamic culture & history of India. The history of India is punctuated by constant integration of migrating people with bringing up the diverse culture and highly developed civilization. Taking you through the journey of Vedic civilization, The Buddhist Era, Alexander’s Invasion, Gupta dynasty and to the southern Deccans , integrating the folk lures & classical dances , it was an amalgamation to portray our traditional vibrancy sprawled across the country with their own distinct cultural identities which was displayed through various forms of conventional arts prevalent there.
