Grade 2 conducted a special assembly on 7th March, 2018 on the topic “Science and peace will triumph over ignorance and war.” The competition was held in the school auditorium. Classes 2D & 2E performed in the first slot (11.30am) and Classes 2F & 2G performed in the second slot (1:30pm) onwards

The program started with a welcome speech, followed by the pledge, news and thought along with a musical play. Parents actively participated in the talk show.

The children had participated with great zeal and enthusiasm where everyone enacted their respective roles to the fullest.

The sole purpose of arranging such a kind of event was to motivate the students and in turn, bring out the inner talent which will eventually pave the way in terms of exposure of an individual to the outer world. As they grow in life ,this sort of initiative will enable them to carry themselves forward more confidently and thus, face any challenges, whatsoever, that life has to offer.

To sum up, Science is indeed a true blessing and a boom to humanity. It is indeed a beautiful gift to mankind. We should not distort it through our evil practices as we must remember that “Science of today is a future for tomorrow”.
