Vydehi School of Excellence organized a special assembly on the theme” I am an Indian” on August 14, 2019. On this patriotic occasion the students of UKG A, B and C showcased the golden heritage of our country with spectacular array of dances and acts.
The program began with mesmerizing invocation dance by group of girls followed by fashion parade which brought forth glimpses of different parts of India. Traditional music, appropriate costumes and performance by children showcased unity in diversity of our country. The school choir enthralled the audience with the soulful rendition of the music. The little ones dressed up as great freedom fighters who contributed in the freedom of our country. They walked on the stage confidently, reciting slogans and spreading message of peace and non-violence. The Grand finale captivated the audience with their stellar performance and energized them with patriotic fervor. It was indeed a celebration of love and respect for the country and to feel proud to be a part of it.
