Institute of Road Traffic Education Team conducted an interactive workshop on Road Safety and Traffic Rules for Students of Grade III to Grade VIII at Vydehi School of Excellence as on 23-09-2014.
The Workshop offered key information to the students regarding Road Safety Common Rules shedding light on topics like

• Zebra Crossing and Its Importance for Safety at Road.
• Traffic Signals and Rules.
• Safety Measures like
  • Using Helmets
  • Using Seat Belts.
  • Avoiding ear-phones and cell phones while in roads.

Students were also instructed to get the parents guidance while crossing the roads and also guide the parents to follow the traffic rules.
The workshop was successful in emphasizing and accentuating students about the need of safe roads travel just by applying the above highlighted simple rules.
