Yoga, the roots of ancient India grows ever so herculean with each passing day empowering its embracers. Vydehi School of Excellence conducted a Yoga workshop on 5th December, 2019 for Grades 6 and 7 with Isha Hatha at the helm of this pursuit. The Bicycle Yogis travelled from Kashmir to Kanyakumari teaching the gospels of yoga. The workshop conducted included planting of saplings to motivate the students and make them more aware of the troubles clouding our environment. The children learnt about the importance of meditation in these rushed times and how to pursue inner peace in these troubled times. It was a session of immense learning and comprehension of the vast truths of nature.
