Vydehi School of Excellence recently hosted the CCA activity for the month of September where students of class 8 celebrated their heroes and inspirations in the “GALLANTRY AWARDS- Role Model Speech Competition.” The event was nothing short of awe-inspiring, as young minds took center stage to pay tribute to the giants who have left an indelible mark on their lives.

Grade 7E & 7F Special Assembly

In that spirit, students of grade 7 E and F have presented a special assembly on Friday, 08th September, 2023 –on the theme, “DON’T GIVE UP”. The show started with a prayer, pledge, news bulletin and the theme-based performances.

Nursery & Ukg Play Day

The Nursery children started with the game shoot the tower followed bypass the ball, carrying the balloon and free play. The UKG Children had fun dancing to Bollywood hits. They enjoyed building blocks, and storytelling session etc

Sportathon -Interschool Sports Fest Swimming competition Winners

Dive in and unleash greatness’ – our grade 7 Vydehian Swimmer, CHINMAY V, has participated in Sportathon -Interschool Sports Fest Swimming competition held at EBENEZER INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL, BANGALORE on Thursday, 24th August 2023. The swimmer’s hard work had paid off. Our swimmer had brought laurels to the institution.

Badminton Tournament Winners

Sai siddhaanth from Grade 7 secured 1st position under Singles category. Aarush from Grade 5 secured 1st position under Double’s category. Shringar from Grade 5 secured 1st position in Double’s category and 2nd position in Singles category. Kudos to the students and the coaches.

No Shadow Day

To celebrate the Zero Shadow Day, Vydehi School of Excellence organized an activity where the students of grade 8 were encouraged to step outside during the Zero Shadow Day timeframe to witness the phenomenon firsthand. As the clock inched closer to the anticipated moment, students marveled at how the angle of sunlight changed. The Sun appeared almost directly overhead, casting only the faintest of shadows.

Congrats – Mr. Shreeram Grade 7 Student Secured 2nd Position in Karate

Grade 7 student Shreeram participated in South Indian Open Karate championship held at Bangalore on Sunday August 6th, 2023. He has secured 2nd position in U11 Kata category and 1st position in Kumite below -40 kg category.

Dhanak Interschool Competition

Rithika Naveen, Sonakshi PC, Katlyn and Ishitha of class 6 secured the Second Position in Rangoli making competition. Kanav Ranjit Kangane of class 7 secured the First Position and Srisha Banerjee of class 8 secured the Second Position in Comic Capers. Aakriti Sreshtha, Hari Manognya and Aditi Singha of class 8 secured the Third Position in Fash it up competition. We won the rolling trophy for overall events.
