Grade 3M & 3N Special Assembly – Origin of Numbers

The students of classes 3M and 3N of Vydehi School of Excellence jointly presented a special assembly on the topic ‘The Origin of Numbers’. After an invocation, students performed a skit showcasing various counting methods across civilizations, the evolution of the Hindu-Arabic Number system, the invention of zero, the geometric origins of number shapes, and the development of symbols for mathematical operations and their broader applications.

It’s the first platform which is provided to young minds, boosting their confidence towards public speaking and stage fright.

Grade 3K & 3L Special Assembly

The assembly included a poem recitation titled “Serendipity,” a skit showcasing accidental discoveries like Penicillin and Post-it Notes, and a Talk Show discussing inventions like microwaves, chocolate chip cookies, and potato chips. A dance performance symbolizing the joy of serendipity was also featured.

Grade 4 Field Trip

The main purpose of visiting museum was to inspire the students to engage themselves in research and development activities. The students visited three story building of museum. On the first floor, students saw the model of “Live Dinosaur” operated by machine showing the evolution of dinosaurs and their sub species.

Grade- 6G & 6H Special Assembly – Mathematical Maestros

It’s the first platform which is provided to young minds, boosting their confidence towards public speaking and over from stage fear. Keeping up all the points in mind, here the students of Grade 6 (G & H) conducted their class assembly on 3rd September 2024.
